Moodle Webservices API, and Assigment to DFWikiteam

We (DFWikiteam) have volunteered for the assignment of developing an Webservices Layer for Moodle. After our participation in the Campus project in wich we implemented a set of OKI OSID’s for Moodle and being part of the PHP-OKI Community, we want to take advantage of the experience we gathered in this Key contribution to Moodle.
